Interlayer is a California-based surface modification company.

In simple terms, we stir together whisps of purified gases, sips of electricity, and heaps of science to create ultrathin coatings for medical devices and IVD lab consumables.

More technically, we modify critical surfaces by applying nano-thin coatings via plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD).
